Personal Support Services
A Personal Support Specialist provides quality non-medical personal care and homemaking assistance with a focus on consumer satisfaction by following a Plan of Care designed to improve or delay deterioration in the consumer’s condition, while enabling that recipient to remain safely at home.
Direct Support Professionals
A Direct Support Professional (DSP) works directly with an individual with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The role of the DSP is to support the individuals they work with in reaching personal goals, maintaining daily living skills, staying integrated in their communities, and navigating volunteer and career opportunities.
